What is the A&E Cider Club?

The A&E Cider Club is a subscription cider program with two different levels: Monthly and Quarterly. In both levels, you sign up through our website by entering your address, age, and credit card information. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it or ask us to. You are not charged until your cider ships; you will not pay anything when you sign up.

What comes in a Monthly subscription box?

The monthly box is fully customizable. In each delivery there will be two 4-packs: the current month’s Cider of the Month, and a second 4 pack that will rotate between our flagship ciders and seasonals. You can log in to your account at any time to change either of these options to a different cider or add additional ciders to your box.

What comes in my Quarterly subscription box?

The quarterly box is a standard box that includes four 4-packs: the three Ciders of the Month from the quarter, as well as the rotating seasonal for that quarter. You cannot change or adjust the ciders in your box. However, if you would like to order additional ciders, you are welcome to do that at any time through your account and you will receive 10% off any purchases.

How exactly does this subscription work?

You will get an email from us before each shipment goes out. In it, we'll outline what will be included in your box and give you the opportunity to update your address, credit card information, or any other necessary changes. Monthly club members will have the opportunity to select their ciders and add to their boxes at this point. If you do not respond to the email, we'll assume all is good and send your box along shortly. Once the box is shipped, we will charge the credit card on file for the box and the shipping.

How much will shipping be?

Shipping depends on the location shipped to. Generally it is around $20 per box.

When does the 10% discount start?

Your 10% discount on starts on January 1, 2025, and last as long as your membership is active.

How do I take advantage of the 10% off club member discount?

If you visit our restaurant, make sure to tell your server that you're in the Cider of the Month Club and your name, and we will get you your discount on cider, food, and merchandise. Orders placed online for curbside pickup won't have the 10% automatically applied, so please either call in your orders or come into the tasting room to inform your server. A 10% discount is automatically applied to all of your purchases through our online store, as long as you log in and order through your club account.

Do I get 10% off if I come to your restaurant?

Yes! Make sure you let your server know that you’re a part of the A&E Cider Club.

Do I have to do anything to maintain my club status?

Nope! The preview email mentioned before will give you a chance to cancel your subscription, but otherwise you're in the club as long as you want!

Will this subscription auto-subscribe me next year or do I have to cancel it manually?

The subscription is set to continue until you cancel it. If you want your subscription to expire after a certain number of boxes, please email us and we can indicate that within your account. You can also cancel at any time or sign back up at any time.

Can I pay for a year in advance?

Unfortunately, no. But, you can indicate that you'd like the subscription to end after 4 shipments (1 year).

Do I have to pay every quarter, or can I opt out of one of the four quarters?

If you'd like to skip a box, you will have to unsubscribe and then resubscribe when you are ready to receive shipments again.

I gave this subscription as a gift. How do I update the email address/shipping address/contact information associated with it?

The easiest way to change any information is to contact us at liz@ashandelmcider.com if you have questions about gifting a subscription.

I'm going to be out of town when my box is scheduled to arrive. What can I do?

When you receive the email that indicates your box is about to ship, please enter your account. You will be able to request delayed shipping.

2025 CIDER PASS FAQs

What is the Cider Pass?

This cider pass is similar to a mug club; you pay a one-time fee for perks and discounts that last all of the coming year. The sign-up window lasts from Black Friday through Valentine’s Day and costs $160. After buying your cider pass, you will receive 10% off all taproom purchases in 2025, a 4-pack of each of the 12 Ciders of the Month (picked up from our Indianapolis or Carmel taprooms at any time each month), and other fun perks like access to limited release ciders and VIP events.

How do I sign up for this program?

You can sign up during the sign-up window, from Small Business Saturday through Valentine’s Day, by talking to a server at our restaurant.

Do I have to come to the restaurant each month to get my cider?

Yes. However, there are no release windows or dates associated with this club. You may come in on any day that we’re open each month to collect your cider and claim your restaurant perk for the month. You may also pick up your cider from either our Indianapolis or Carmel taprooms or any of the farmer’s markets we attend, but you will need to show your cider pass in order to receive it.

What if I can’t make it one month? What happens to my cider?

If you can’t make it one month, you are welcome to come in at your earliest convenience the next month and see if we still have stock of the previous Cider of the Month. If we do - great! If we have sold out, sadly, we are sold out.

Do any other ciders come with this program?

No, but since you’ll be coming to the taproom each month for your pickup, we recommend getting the other ciders on your list when you’re there! You’ll get your loyalty discount (10% off) on all food, cider, and merch. Some exclusions apply (ex. tickets to Autumntidings).

Can I pick my cider up at a farmer’s market that you attend?

Yes! Make sure you show your loyalty card to the staff member working and we will get you your cider.
