The maple bourbon smash is a remix of the classic old fashioned cocktail recipe, and our wintery version uses bourbon barrel-aged imperial cider, local pure maple syrup, and fresh orange zest. The bourbon barrels from our friends at West Fork Whiskey lend subtle oak, soft vanilla, and a hint of toasted marshmallow to a complex sweetness from the robust late season maple syrup.
