March Cider of the Month is a Sauv Blanc Spritz!
Our latest take on blending cider and wine highlights a Sauvignon Blanc wine crafted by our friends at local winery, Daniel's Vineyard. Our own fruity, floral cider is bolstered by the Sauv Blanc, which brings a touch more alcohol and a luscious complement of grassy herbaceous and white guava notes. There are no hops in this all-fruit recipe, but the tropical juiciness and haze even recall some of our favorite new IPAs.
