Mangonada

Mangonada was inspired by some staff member ideas, and is based on the Mexican slushie treat traditionally featuring mango, chamoy, lime and tajin. Ours is a semi-sweet cider made with mango puree, limes, and infused with a hint of hibiscus and toasted guajillo chiles. It is not spicy, but does have very subtle smoky, savory notes from the chiles.
